Extended Warranty basically offers you all the same benefits that you have in a standard warranty, for an extended period of time. So why limit your warranty period, go for extended 6 month or 1 years more warranty protection.
Extended Warranty can be availed in UAE only. No accidental damages covered in extended warranty, this warranty only offers limited services from manufacturer flaws or technical malfunctions. For standard warranty and extended warranty we are giving limited number of claims. In standard warranty it will be lower but if you have extended warranty it will give you an increase in time span and also number of claims.

Warranty is applicable within the limits of United Arab Emirates only . Aset-UAE will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand / manufacturer / distributor. In case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to any of our office and Service Centers in Dubai.

- Personal irresponsible use resulting from spyware and software viruses
- Physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage and etc

- Product should not be in used(If product is not in resalable condition No REFUND/RETURN)
- Product should not have any damages or scratches
- Software should not be installed or deleted
- We will charge 30 AED or above for retun any mobile or exchange.
- For all return/collection and services it will take 2 to 3 week or more.
- In Standard warranty Return/Refund is possible only within 3 days after 3 days not possible
- In Extended warranty Return/Refund is possible only within 14 days after 14 days not possible
- Legal Proof of Identity(Emirates ID/Passport copy) will be required for Refund.
- No Return, Refund or Exchange for Flash/Sale Products and Highly Discount price products.
- If there is accessory related problem like battery, headset, charger etc we will not have any warranty we will give warranty problem from the company or manufacturing fault.
- Customer can cancel their orders within 24 hours when they make online orders and paid payment through cards; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by customer, Please allow for upto 45 days for refund transfer to be completed
